Single-cell transcriptome sequencing

•Single cell RNA sequencing is a new technology for high-throughput sequencing of mRNA at the level of a single cell. It studies the overall level of gene expression for a single cell and successfully solves common problems in the study of cellular molecular mechanisms. Heterogeneity of cells and low cell volume make conventional high-throughput sequencing difficult.

•The single-cell transcriptome sequencing project includes not only analysis of gene structure and gene expression level, but also classification of cell subtypes, annotation of oncogenes and transcription factors.
